- What counts as a "board"?
- A board is one workspace for a single campaign or event — for example, one trade show. Starter includes one board. Pro and Business include unlimited boards.
- Can I use the Tradeshow and Campaign templates on the Starter plan?
- Yes. System templates are free on every plan so you can run a real event start to finish. Saving your own boards as reusable custom templates is a Pro feature.
- What's a "seat"?
- Each person you invite to collaborate uses one seat. Starter is single-user. Pro includes 3 seats. Business includes 10 seats.
- What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
- Annual billing gives you 2 months free — Pro is $790/year vs. $948 paying monthly; Business is $1,490/year vs. $1,788. You can switch between billing periods at any time.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your data is never deleted. If you exceed Starter-tier limits you keep read access to everything and can export or upgrade at any time to restore full editing.
- Can I sync KatchT events to Outlook or Google Calendar?
- Pro and Business include an iCal subscribe feed — a live URL you add to any calendar app so your event deadlines appear automatically. Full two-way sync is on the roadmap.
- Can I access KatchT HQ via API?
- Yes. Business-plan subscribers can generate API keys in Settings and use the KatchT HQ REST API to read and write events, campaigns, leads, and reports programmatically.
- Can I connect an AI assistant to KatchT HQ?
- Yes — Business includes an AI Connector (built on MCP, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to your tools). Link Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any MCP-capable assistant using the AI subscription you already have, and ask it about your events, leads, and budgets directly.
